I have done two loans (so far) through AH with mortgage loan officer, Jessica Reynolds. I have had wonderful experiences with a Jessica! Any time I needed anything, I was able to get in contact with Jessica who was knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. Contact is HUGE when purchasing a house. And Jessica has always been an email or phone call away. Even with a time difference being in different time zones, I’ve never had trouble getting in touch with her.

I used American Heritage for the first time for a refinance on a fix and flip loan. The process was very easy and simple. It took about 45 days to fund the loan. Brian Gutierrez was my processor who went over and beyond to get this loan funded. They were able to make a very big exception with the loan amount due to my portfolio, credit score and equity that was in the property. Brian was very deligent in the process, able to communicate effectively and was very pleasant. I do a lot of fix and flips and I would say this would be a great lender to do a bridge loan with.
